C.A.R.E. Nevis runs the only animal shelter in the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis. The CARE in our name is an acronym for Centre for Animal Rehabilitation and Education, We actively practice the 3 R’s of animal welfare; Re-scue, Re-habilitate and Re-home and speak out against cruelty and neglect, too often prevalent on Nevis. We are a tiny non profit group with a big heart wholly reliant on the support of animal lovers world wide.

Rescue: abandoned, homeless, starving, scared and alone, left to fend for themselves, CARE gives these animals a second chance at life and love. The Rehabilitation of our rescues includes healing their fears of human abuse, neglect and physical torture. Turning them into healthy
                                                  and happy animals.
